Meet the Foodhealth Team......

Jody Seaton created Foodhealth to motivate Australians to make better food choices. A Food Technology Teacher for 14 years as well as a Trade qualified chef, Jody is an experienced educator with the skills and passion to help others. She uses up-to-date nutritional information to ensure her clients are engaged and informed. With four children, Jody knows the limitations and challenges of cooking for any lifestyle. 


Dani Gadsby has a Bachelor of applied science in Leisure and Health. Dani is living well with MS and has a strong focus on using food to manage and overcome disease. Dani eats a vegan and gluten free diet whilst managing a family with young children. This makes Dani an expert in adapting recipes to suit individual needs. She also has an array of thermomix recipes to share with clients. 


Emily is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher passionate about helping people achieve their own personal optimal health through a whole food plant-based diet and mindful movement of their bodies. She has personally transformed her health from morbid obesity to joyful vitality and knows first-hand what it takes to make lasting diet and lifestyle changes. With a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Emily can support you through the transition to a plant-based diet if this is your goal.
