"Jody helped me to create new cooking and hence, eating habits. I've lost nearly 20kg since my journey began 10 months ago and I am never going back. Learning about sugar in all it's disguises helped me to kick my sugar addiction for good. The recipes are now dishes I cook every week without effort."

Julie, Collaroy.

"After doing 6 group classes with Jody, it is obvious that her knowledge and passion for food made this course what it was. I would recommend this to anyone who needs some guidance on what to eat."

Paul, Narrabeen.

"I know what I'm doing & will not be doing the clueless supermarket shop ever again! Jody's visits taught me a healthy range of dinners and snack ideas which I'm thrilled to report have already been eaten by my fussy family!"

 Zoe, Bayview.

"I spent 6 weeks with Jody, learning about healthy eating which included how food impacts our bodies and minds. Jody encouraged a diet of whole natural foods and developed easy to follow recipes that could be used by a cook of any ability. What I learned from Jody I have been able to successfully integrate into my everyday life and positively influence the health of my friends and family."
